Individual sessions consist of no more than 2 players for 1 hour in length. Each athlete will be charged individually according to their age. At the initial session, clients will go through a series of drills in order to assess their skill level. Athletes will learn the fundamentals of the sport including passing, dribbling, shooting, and defense. Additional skills will be taught including finishing at the basket, moving without the ball, and playing with their back to the basket.

Athletes will also improve their basketball IQ and develop confidence on and off the court.
