Policies and Procedures
By buying a session or package or availing of services with Sport Proformance, you acknowledge that following policies apply to such session or package or service availed by you:
Session Policy
Please be advised that each lesson plan is designed to fit the time frame of the session duration you select. If you arrive late to your scheduled lesson, your lesson will begin as soon as you come onto the court and will end at the originally scheduled time. The missed time cannot be made up nor will we be able to compensate you for the time lost.
A no-show for ANY lesson(s) is/are a forefeiture of that lesson.
We strongly suggest that our athletes arrive a few minutes early in order to warm up and stretch prior to the session.
Any player under the age of 10 will be required to have a parent or guardian present through the entire training session.
Package Policy
Package Duration:
Package for 1-5 sessions in length need to be completed within 45 days from the date of purchase.
Packages for 5 sessions or more need to be completed within 90 days from the date of purchase.
If a client wishes to no longer use a purchased package, any remaining session can be transferred to a friend or relative if client chooses. The friend or relative will need to sign the waiver of liability separately before the session.
Cancellation Policy
Cancelling a session must be done 24 hours prior to the scheduled session. Any session cancelled 24 hours prior to the scheduled session can be rescheduled within the package duration specified above.
Cancelling a session with less than 24 hours notice prior to the scheduled session, will be considered a forfeit of such session.
Refund
Sessions and Packages once purchased are non-refundable. We have a NO Refund policy for AAU Teams
Payment
Full payment for all sessions and packages are due prior to the start of the session or package in order to secure confirmed dates and times.
Sport Proformance Waiver and Release
Before a lesson with Sport Proformance, each player and their parent(s) will be required to sign the waiver and release.
