Elite Training | THE ULTIMATE PACKAGE
1 hour of basketball +1 hour of Fitness (Strength Training, Conditioning, Speed, Agility & Footwork)
Prepare for competitive and professional level basketball. Sessions can be customized to client’s needs. Athlete would meet Coach three times a week for 2 hours each and will be given a diet plan to follow.
