aau teams
AAU basketball stands for Amateur Athletic Union basketball. It is a youth basketball program in the United States organized by the Amateur Athletic Union, a non-profit sports organization. AAU basketball provides opportunities for young athletes to compete in tournaments and leagues at local, regional, and national levels.
Many amateur basketball players, including future college and professional players, participate in AAU basketball to develop their skills, gain exposure to college recruiters, and compete against top talent from across the country. AAU basketball teams are typically organized by local clubs or organizations and can include players from elementary school age up through high school. We’re proud to offer these programs in Maryland, Virginia and Washington DC.
Please be aware that this team is an AAU team that plays in competitive basketball leagues and not recreational leagues. With that being said, every player will receive playing time but every player will not receive an equal amount of playing time.
Playing time is determined based on the players practice attendance, how the game is being played and player performance. If a starter player is not at practice the day before the game, he will not start the upcoming game and there are no refunds.
We have a NO Refund policy for AAU Teams
